Making A Purchase
Just browse through our online shop and add the items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on 'View Cart' or the gold bag icon on the header bar then click 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details & payment, which is required to complete your mail order. We accept the following payment methods:- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, PAYPAL. When your order is placed on our website payment is made through the PAYPAL gateway, ensuring full credit card security. Prestwick Golf Club Professional Shop (DA Fleming Golf) will not disclose buyer's information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment, for example postage or carrier requirements. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. This does not affect customers statutory rights. Delivery Schedule
All mail orders are packed, processed and posted as soon as possible usually within 48 hours.
Our postal options are listed below:
1) Royal Mail First Class (UK only)
2) Fedex International Priority (1-3 days delivery)
Royal Mail First, Second class or Standard packets postage (UK Only) usually takes from 2-7 days.
Fedex International Priority service takes 1-3 days worldwide and is the service used when selecting "Shipping with Insurance"
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will order it immediately for you. In this instance you will always be contacted with the new delivery time or with the option to cancel & receive refund of your order if you would prefer not to wait.
Tax Charges
VAT (Value Added Tax) charges for orders made from the inside the United Kingdom or European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders from outside the European Union are VAT free.
Returns Policy
If any of our items do not meet your satisfaction please contact us to let us know & return them in perfect condition within 28 days and we will refund your money or exchange your goods as required. We reserve the right to arrange or amend products or costings, influenced by any economical, climate or other factors at any time. Returns must be sent registered post to guarantee your refund, to PRESTWICK GOLF CLUB PROFESSIONAL SHOP, 2 LINKS ROAD, PRESTWICK, KA9 1QG, SCOTLAND. We cannot accept liability for any goods, posted by customers, which are lost or damaged while in transit. We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly by us. The mail order information and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights.
